RETURNS
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. All we ask is that items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in an unused, pristine condition with all original packaging and tags attached & free from any dog hair or dirt. Once we have received and inspected we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus any P&P costs
please follow our 5 easy steps below and ensure your read our T’s and C’s.
1. Order received but you would like to return for a Refund?
2. pop your item back into the packaging with your name, contact details and order number.
3. post back to our HQ – Return address is on the packaging.
We Highly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage as we can only refund items that we receive back safely..
4. Keep an eye on your email or contact numbers we have on file for you.
5. You will have an automatic notification email from us if a refund has been granted. if not one of The Quirky K9 team will make contact with you, We aim to process returns within 48hrs of us receiving it

Terms and Conditions
We have a 14 Day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (please get proof of postage) The 14th day can be the day of postage.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
We recommend that when trying your purchases you try them indoors, just in case you need to return them.
Damages / issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer returns or refunds on Custom/personalised or Pre-ordered items as these are made to order items And cannot be resold. Sale / seconds & Sample items are also NON-returnable, the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final and non-returnable/refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
our current processing time is 7-14 working days. please note, any orders shipping outside of the UK, maybe subject to customs fees, we do not take any responsibility for these fees as it is the customer’s responsibility to educate themselves as to whether these apply and what costs will be involved, we have no control over this.
