UK and international orders- ALL items are handmade at and will be shipped from our Head office.
We Always obtain proof of purchase from royal mail and we do not take any responsibility for parcels failing to arrive if first or second class delivery is chosen, We ALWAYS recommend that you choose the Signed for option to ensure that Delivery can be confirmed. ( PLEASE CAN THIS BE THE AUTOMATIC GENERATED POSTAGE OPTION ON THR DROP DOWN OF ALL SHOP ITEMS THANKYOU )

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We will email you once your order has been dispatched. If you have selected our recommended Tracking postage A tracking code will be provided. Please ensure you have given an active email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.

Our Standard Delivery is £5.50 This is a signed for service. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to arrive.

Please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are still delays due to covid. We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders.

Please keep an eye on your order when you are due to expect it as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local couriers time frame the order will be shipped back to us.
